Nigel Cabourn Dutch Pants in Black Navy - Size 38. The Dutch Pant is a slightly redesigned version of the original 1950s Dutch Military cargo pant. The Dutch Pant is crafted from 100% cotton ripstop. Often found in military clothing and was worn by the US army during the Vietnam War. The fabric was first conceived by the US Air Force and was designed to be less susceptible to rips and tears.
